| As one of the four founding Principals of MTCT architects, Bill Marshall brings to the practice a diverse portfolio representing 25 years of exploring urban place making and architectural design. Bill is a visionary. He brings creativity and spirited innovation to each new project he explores with his clients. His passion for architecture is reflected in the quality of his work and in his ability to inspire his clients and associates to pursue innovative design opportunities.
Bill's urban planning and architectural projects include the University of Calgary West Campus Master Development Plan, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts Hotel Expansions (Banff Springs Hotel, Chateau Lake Louise and the Empress Hotel). He has recently completed the new Municipal Civic Centers for Okotoks and Canmore, and is in the early stages of planning and design for the new Southern Alberta Institute of Technology's (SAIT) Trades and Technology Complex phase and new supporting infrastructure. |

Tom specializes in creating the ideal client and project team combinations, resulting in a collaborative effort paramount to the success of his projects; he is committed to making architecture a truly participatory design process for all parties.
Tom’s successful project management and innovative practice encompass a diversity of facility types including education, health care, cultural, civic, housing, corporate interiors, sports and leisure, retail, commercial, industrial, national defense and master planning. Prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Architecture degree, Tom obtained his Bachelor of Science degree through the University of Alberta.. |

| As one of the four founding Principals of MTCT architects, Russell Chernoff offers more than 35 years of architectural practice. Russell is significantly involved in all aspects of projects, and is committed to the highest level of client service. Prior to studying architecture, Russell obtained his Bachelor of Science degree; combined with his experience, this degree exemplifies Russell’s communication abilities with academic and research personnel to achieve buildings that meet their science-related requirements and needs.
Russell's architectural experience includes private and university research facilities, academic projects, health care, public and private office developments, recreation and specialized facilities. His current clientele resides in British Columbia, Nova Scotia, California and Georgia. |

As one of the four founding Principals of MTCT architects, Rand Thompson offers more than 36 years of architectural practice. Rand obtained his Bachelor of Science degree prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Architecture degree which has significantly contributed to the communication process involving user requirements for science-related projects. Rand continues to maintain a leading edge currency in computer systems and technology, networking, security, programming and related fields.
